👩‍⚕️ Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement wound care treatment plans for patients
• Perform wound cleaning, dressing changes, and advanced wound care procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on wound prevention and management
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatments
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Uphold infection control standards and safety protocols

✅ Qualifications:

• Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
• Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWON, or equivalent) preferred
• Previous experience in Wound Care, LTAC, or Med-Surg strongly preferred
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
