Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Salesforce Consultant. The Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business needs, managing Salesforce.com administration, and providing expert consulting services. The role involves developing Salesforce solutions, supporting system integration, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize business processes and enhance customer relationship management through Salesforce technology.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Salesforce.com Administration and Salesforce.com Development for customization, configuration, and integration
• Strong background in Business Analysis and Consulting to understand and address client needs effectively
• Solid Analytical Skills for evaluating data, troubleshooting, and solving complex problems
• Experience with project management and delivering solutions in Salesforce technology is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effectively working with clients and team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are preferred
