What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, secure resources, and set milestones
• Monitor progress of initiatives and report updates while enforcing stakeholder accountability
• Engage in process enhancement projects with recruiting teams, including assessment methods and ATS refinements
• Assist recruiting leaders with resource planning and headcount allocation
• Refine diversity recruiting practices through effective strategy implementations

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Demonstrated project/program management expertise
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to adapt to and drive change in fast-paced environments
• Experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, or related fields
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday platforms is beneficial

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with project management in recruitment operations
• Knowledge of diversity recruitment strategies and practices
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced IT staffing environment
• Familiarity with metrics and success measurement in recruitment processes
