Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tableau BI Developer to join our Technology department within the Financial Services industry. This position involves developing and managing Tableau dashboards and providing insightful data solutions to support business decisions.

Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business operations.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data visualization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related challenges.
  • Optimize Tableau solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on Tableau tools and functionalities.
  • Maintain documentation for all Tableau processes and dashboards.
  • Stay updated on the latest Tableau features and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.

Profile

Must haves:

  • 4+ years of experience in Tableau development, including dashboards, reports, and data visualization.
  • Tableau Certification and/or portfolio of dashboards in Tableau public is a must
  • Strong understanding of SQL and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience working in the Financial Services industry or similar fields.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
