For volunteers, masking is optional at the Arc Value Village thrift stores, but we maintain the right to change that whenever we deem it necessary. Having said that, you can certainly wear a mask if it makes you feel more comfortable. We will not tolerate harassment of people who decide to wear a mask. We also require you to wear close-toed shoes when volunteering to be safe.

The Arc helps people navigate systems while working to advance social change centered in justice, equity and belonging in community.
